A worked Example
Timeshare Litigation makes a claim for you where the claim amount is £23,000. The Redress Band is Band 3 and is calculated at 25%. The Success Fee would amount to £5,750 based on 25% of the claim value, however, because our Fees are capped at £5,000 within this Band, you will only pay the Max Total Fee of £5,000 plus VAT.
Specialist Law Firms
All our cases are assessed completely Free of charge by Timeshare Litigation and only passed to one of our specialist Panel Law Firms if your case is possible to litigate. The Law Firm will send you its Terms of Engagement detailing what you can expect from them. They offer a No Win No Fee and charge 40% + VAT where they will write to you confirming full details. Please remember you are under NO obligation whatsoever to continue with any introduction made by us on your behalf.
A NO Win No Fee Success Fee (as per Our Fee table) will be deducted from the Success Fee from the Law Firm and paid to Timeshare Litigation. If in the unlikely event that the Law Firm were to be unsuccessful in the claim you would never be asked for any costs whatsoever.
Please note: if you cancel part way through the process once you have engaged the Law Firm, being before the claim has been concluded you may be liable for an early cancellation fee to recover costs to date, so please allow your case to be fully concluded to avoid this scenario. Please refer to the specialist Law Firm’s Terms of Engagement.

You do not need to use a Claims Management company to make a claim against your financial provider, you can do this yourself for free and if not successful, you can refer it to the Financial Ombudsman or the Financial Service Compensation Scheme if it falls under their remit.
